about V20MM
Vision20Megaminds was born in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, a global event that exposed the deep social, economic, and environmental fragilities within societies. It was a moment of reckoning, reminding us that disruption is not just possible but inevitable. From this, emerged the urgent need for recalibration, of our leadership models, our systems, and our approach to inclusive development. V20MM was founded to meet this challenge head-on.
Our concept is simple yet powerful: Tomorrow’s Thinkers working together today. V20MM is a platform that brings together a cross-section of visionary leaders, change agents, and grassroots actors committed to building a society rooted in justice, dignity, innovation, and sustainability. We believe that economic progress must be coupled with social progress, and that communities must be at the centre of the transformation agenda.
We exist to facilitate participatory dialogue, foster ethical leadership, and champion solutions driven by the needs and voices of the people. Our framework, the 5Rs: Repair, Rethink, Reconfigure, Restart, and Report, guides how we engage with challenges and design future-ready responses.
Our promise lies in our ability to link big-picture thinking with grassroots action. We convene thinkers and doers across fields, from green economy and 4IR, to food security and governance to co-create pathways to inclusive growth. We advocate for systems change, but we are equally committed to local impact.
